I am a returning customer and although the initial test was not smooth, i was pleased. But the follow up has been the opposite. I have had an awful experience with their customer service. They took three months trying to ship a test kit out to me, by which point i had given up and asked for a refund.
They are very quick to take your money but very slow at returning it. I'd suggest using other services that offer similar at reduced costs to you
